Daniel Thang Story

A Servant Called to Love, Lead, and Proclaim the Gospel.

Pastor Daniel Thang is a Christian minister originally from Myanmar whose life has been shaped by a deep, personal walk with Jesus and a clear calling to serve His people. From a young age, he grew up in a Christian family and knew Christ, but in 2011, while he was in 9th grade, he received a prophetic word confirming that God was calling him into ministry. A visiting guest speaker at his church in Yangon, Myanmar, also spoke into his life, further affirming the direction God was leading him.

At just 17 years old, Daniel began preaching. Over the years, his ministry continued to grow. At 23, he served as a worship pastor, and by 24, he became a church pastor. Since 2017, he has been faithfully preaching the Gospel, teaching the Word of God, mentoring believers, and caring for the church.

For Pastor Daniel, ministry is more than preaching—it is loving people. He often shares that the Lord first ministered to him, guided him into truth, and transformed his life. Out of that encounter, God placed a desire in his heart to minister to others. To him, to truly minister is to love people, and to truly love people, we must first learn to love as the Lord has loved us. What God has poured into him, he now longs to pour into others.

His ministry is centered on the love, grace, mercy, and finished work of Jesus Christ. He carries a particular burden for calling lost souls to Christ, discipling believers, and helping people understand the truth of God’s grace. His desire is to pastor, teach, evangelize, and mentor through the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Education & Spiritual Formation

Pastor Daniel has received biblical training through the School of Leaders and Discipleship and received his pastoral certification in 2022. Along his journey, he has been spiritually mentored and influenced by Prophet Joshua Aye in Malaysia, as well as Apostle Dr. Zaw Lin Aung and Apostle Dr. Roi Nu in the United States.

Current Ministry

Today, Pastor Daniel’s home church and primary place of ministry is in Kansas City, Kansas. He also pastors IMMC churches in Dallas, Texas, and Indiana, serving God’s people and helping lead them into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

In addition to pastoring, he leads Kainos Rhema, a ministry focused on teaching the Word of God, discipleship, and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. Kainos Rhema hosts a weekly Monday Bible study on Zoom, giving believers an opportunity to study Scripture together and receive fresh revelation from God’s Word.

His ministry vision is to see Spirit-filled churches established across all 50 states and throughout the world—reaching people with the Gospel and raising up disciples who walk in the grace and power of the Holy Spirit. He often says, “My spiritual father’s vision is my vision,” reflecting his heart to continue and expand the work God has started through his mentors.

About Pastor Daniel

Outside of ministry, Pastor Daniel enjoys watching sports, singing, and traveling. His mother, Thian Man, lives in Kentucky, and his father is Moe Myint Lwin. Those who know him describe him as compassionate, humble, and deeply committed to helping people encounter Jesus.

His heart for people can be summed up in a simple truth:
“The answer that everyone is searching for is Jesus.”

His desire is not just for people to attend church, but for them to truly know God, experience His love, and understand His grace.

The Message He Carries

Pastor Daniel believes the central message of the Gospel is the love of Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. He often shares:

“Jesus loves you, and He died for our sins. He sacrificed Himself on the cross for us. If you believe that He is your Lord and Savior, you will be saved.”

He longs for the Church to trust fully in what Jesus has already accomplished and to understand that God is not a God of condemnation, but a God of forgiveness, mercy, love, and grace.

His prayer is that every person who encounters his ministry will come to know the love of God, understand what grace truly means, and recognize the finished work Jesus Christ accomplished for us on the cross. At the center of everything he preaches and teaches is this conviction: Jesus is the answer everyone is searching for.

International Miracle Maker Ministry (IMMC) was founded by the anointed and visionary couple, Apostle Dr. Zaw Lin Aung and Apostle Dr. Roi Nu, with a heart devoted to serving God and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The ministry began its journey in 2007 with its first church in Taunggyi, Myanmar, and by the grace of God, has grown into a family of approximately 50 churches across the nation and beyond. Today, Apostle Dr. Zaw Lin Aung and Apostle Dr. Roi Nu reside in Kansas City, which currently serves as the home base of International Miracle Maker Ministry. From Kansas City, IMMC continues to expand its reach across Myanmar, the United States, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and other nations, bringing hope, faith, and the transforming love of Jesus Christ to communities around the world. It is truly an honor and privilege to be part of a ministry built upon faith, prayer, and a passion for God’s Kingdom. With a vision to establish more churches, raise up faithful leaders, and reach souls for Christ, IMMC is committed to sharing the Gospel, teaching the truth of God’s Word, and helping people understand the power of His grace, love, and salvation. Our mission is not simply to build churches, but to build lives, strengthen faith, restore hope, and equip believers to walk in their God-given purpose. As the ministry continues to grow, we trust in God’s guidance and provision, believing that the work He has begun will continue to bear fruit for generations to come. One faith. One vision. One Kingdom. All for the glory of God.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19‑20
